Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When the missing items become available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Sequential shipping costs are calculated on checkout.

Physical orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. During periods of high volume (such as the holiday season), orders may take 1-2 weeks or longer to leave the premises. Digital orders (eBooks etc.) are generally delivered immediately after purchase, unless on pre-order. Pre-ordered products (both physical and digital) will ship around the date indicated in their product description.

Digital Products Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, if it is immediately available (not a pre-order), you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download.

If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt of the e-mail by you will constitute delivery of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order (or release date in case of pre-orders). If you do not contact us within 5 days from these dates, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Vitor Publishing reserves the right to ship packages using the carrier, service, and shipping methods of our choice, at our discretion. Shipping charges are based on cart item totals and potentially the country of destination (excluding applicable taxes). The total shipping costs for your order calculated at checkout are non-refundable. We are unable to provide promises or guarantees for delivery speeds. Delays due to the carrier are always possible.

Books for US generally ship via Media Mail and may take up to 2 weeks once they leave the premises. These shipments cannot be forwarded using USPS mail forwarding rules.

Provided Information and Carrier Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that proper shipping address is provided at checkout. Please double check if autofill, fast checkout, or other assistance tools use the correct shipping address. Once a package is sent to the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control. We cannot change the shipping address or provide any information on shipment progress beyond what is available from the tracking number you receive. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages, although we reserve the right to make a good-faith effort to provide refunds or replacements of affected products at our discretion.

Additional Taxes and Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information prior to placing your order. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order (see about Exchanges in our Refund and Returns Policy).

Lost Packages

Packages are not considered lost until two months has passed since the most recent tracking update. This timeframe is increased to three months during the busy holiday shipping season (October–January). Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for information on addressing lost or damaged shipments.
